This is what I mainly using but sometimes changing one or 2 skills.

Armor:

2 x Full set of VR5 Epic (purple) Hist Bark and Hunder's Rage Imperial armour :)

Chest- Hist bark - Reinforced / health enchant
Head - Hunder's Rage - Divine / health enchant
Shoulders - Hunder's rage - Reinforced / health enchant
Arms - Hist bark - divines / health enchant
Legs - Hunder's rage - Reinforced / health enchant
Waist - Hunder's rage - Divines / Health enchant
Feet - Hist bark - Reinforced / health enchant

Weapon:

Sword #1 - VR5 Sword (epic) - Hist bark - Sharpened / Hardening enchant
Shield #1 - VR5 Shield (epic) - Hist bark - Reinforced / Health enchant
Sword #2 - VR5 Sword (epic) - Hist bark - Sharpened / Hardening enchant
Shield #2 - VR5 Shield (epic) - Hist bark - Reinforced / Health enchant

Having 3-4 pieces of armor and weapon/ shield of one set would equal the 5 items needed to utilize the full set capabilities of that set and switching to the 2nd set would again equal 5 items needed to utilize the full set capabilities of the 2nd set. My health is currently around 21302, Magica - 9825, stam -11619. This is to change as hist bark details are not added to this end amount. health becomes over 22000.

I used to use Flames of Oblivion on both ability slots to keep the flames on me all the time. But since ZOS changed Inferno skill tree to have a duration of 15 seconds, and instead of DoT, deals greater damage every 5 seconds, so I now keep it on one ability slot but change it with other abilities time to time.

Currently using Add-Ons: (These all come in handy and has made my gameplay better and easier)

Master Merchant - A must have. Good to see sale prices of items at traders just by mousing over the item.

Advanced filters - Good to have as well. In Inventory, going through armor, misc, consumables is not really sorted or filtered properly. One of the really shit things of ESO but with Advanced filters, really easy to navigate. Extra bar appears under main category which brakes down to certain categories such as Armor - heavy, light, medium, shields, etc

Advanced UI - Improve the UI design. Quickslot items can be mapped and seen on ability bar. Shows enemies and your buffs/debuffs, Has minimap that's also handy. framework is moveable.

AwesomeGuildStore - Improves searching through guild traders for items you want. text filter comes in handy and also remembers your setting for next guild trader you search to continue looking for the item you want.

Destinations - Shows you locations of unsearched places, non-completed quests, side achievements such as M'aiq the liar locations and lightbringer, Crime pays, give to the poor, etc.

HarvestMap - Shows and records harvested spots. Use with Garkin's harvest file (with harvestmerge) to get already display most locations of items.

HarvestMerge - Can merge other ppl's LUA harvest files for harvestmap
Skyshards - Shows you on map where skyshards are
Votan's Fisherman - Can notify you by sound or icon flash on when to reel in.
Votan's Fish fillet - use this to auto fillet stack of your fish.
multicraft - Set times to craft same item.e.g. something like provisioning where you might have loads of ingredients and need to make same food over and over to get your skill up.

Wykkyd's Toolbar (framework) - This is good. Shows stats on top of screen such as xp, horse upgrade timer, crafting research timer, champ points left, etc

Wykkyd's Enhanced HUD (framework) - I like this. I use this to bring the bars closer and have health on top of magic and stam. Also display percentage of your stats and enemies.

AI research grid - See what traits you have researched, currently researching, and need to research. Map it to a free key and good to bring it up just in case in you are running out of space and want to get rid of some gear or need to check what traits you need to research without being at the crafting stations.

Research Assistant - puts an icon next to items in your inventory if it needs to be researched or already researched, duplicate, ornate or intricate.

FTC (Foundry Tactical combat) - Shows combat hit points and alerts. Alright to have to see what hits you are taking and giving. Give signs when to dodge and block, etc.

Combat cloud - Similar to above but also comes in handy.

Eso Master Recipe list - shows all recipes in game, ones you have and don't have.
Lore books - Shows you on map where the lorebooks are.
Harven's quest Journal - Useful to keep track of quests completed.
TIemote - full list of emotes that you can also click on (and add to favourites)

Eso-database - automatically update eso-database site (also install client onto PC) with your characters stats and share them with people.
