This is a critical oriented tank build for a stam sorc. The main focus is using hurricane with critical surge to deal aoe damage and passively restore health. Since it's critical focused I also slot camouflaged hunter which brings me to 50% crit . This build has great synergy with the briarheart set, which buffs your weapon damage and heals you for every crit you deal over 10 seconds once it procs.

For food I use witchmothers potent brew. This may seem odd considering this is primarily a stamina build, but the extra magicka and magicka recovery is needed to be able to keep adds locked down with restraining prison. It also helps to ensure you can cast dark deal multiple times without worrying about running out of magicka. As a result of not receiving a stamina buff from food I put all my attribute points into stamina and mixed my armor glyphs between health and stamina. I also use magicka recovery glyphs for my jewelry. With all this considered this build ends up with 33k health, 25k stamina, 15k magicka and 1600 magical recovery.
