This build is designed to be an assassin above all: it's based around doing high single target damage quickly and sneaking around. Keep in mind this is meant for PVE, I didn't think about PVP because I don't play PVP.

Equipment: This build uses two armor sets: Night's Silence and Hunding's Rage. Night's Silence is mainly used for the 5 piece bonus that removes the sneak speed penalty but it also has other decent buffs for Stamina builds. Hunding's Rage is a good all-round boost for any Stamblade so it's also used. I personally prefer to make my weapons have Hunding's Rage instead of Night's Silence as I prefer the Night's Silence 5 piece boost more and I consider Hunding's expendable but do what you want. I recommend you enchant each piece of armor with a Stamina enchantment and put Crushing on the off-hand weapon and bow while keeping a Physical Damage enchant on my main hand weapon. Also keep in mind that my original idea was to use sword and dagger instead of dual daggers, though dual daggers is probably better for the build.

The typical combat starter for this build is to close in with Ambush and get that Major Empower damage. Afterwards you activate your Shadowy Disguise and follow up with Surprise Attack. This should do an extremely high amount of damage and mess up your enemy's health a lot, hopefully at that point you can just spam Bloodthirst and keep the damage pumping out until they're low on health so you can finish them off with Killer's Blade. Your dual wield should be used mainly for DPS and the bow is used for ranged CC.
