Buff on Resto w/ Siphoning Strikes, Degeneration, and Merc. Resolve. Initiate DPS w/ Grasp on boss; swap to desto and apply wall of elements and weave light attacks between Swallow Soul. Every 4 light attack should proc your Merc. Resolve's Spectral Bow which has the damage equivalent to an un-buffed Meteor, so use it whenever it procs. Re-apply Grasp and Wall of Elements when their duration runs out. Memorize the duration of each buff to maximize up-time and ultimately over-all dps. for add pulls just spam Sap Essence and stack on team-mates. Don't be afraid to use ulti, Nightblades have stupid high ulti regen. Unless you're in direct communication with your group's healer assume you'll have to provide your own heals. Resto Stave's Healing Ward is a strong self heal and smart-targets which-ever player has the lowest health, so use it wisely.
