Rotation

Make sure buffs are on before you start then the rotation goes as follows.

Liquid lightning, light attack, Soul Splitting Trap, Light Attack, boundless storm, light attack,elemental blockade, weapon swap


Light Attack, Daedric Tomb, Heavy attack , Daedric Tomb, Heavy attack , Structured Entropy, weapon swap

Execute Rotation

During the execute phase you can, on your front bar instead of doing 2x full heavy attacks, use 2x heavy attacks with a Mage's Wrath at the end of each one.Your execute will be solid during your front rotation, so just keep your back bar buff and redot, fast and clean!

You can keep up dots and spam execute if you have enough magicka to do so but generally the execute phase is long so i wouldn't recommend it in all situations, plus the heavy attack damage during off balance will still do a LOT of damage at execute as part of your rotation.




Potions and food

You can use Tristat pots for a combination of the above and some health back OR if you are really fancy and going for the squishier mode as mentioned in the video...you can make spell pots.

Food is very simple, the highest level food you can consume with 2 stats only, MAX health and MAX magicka. There are 3 variations of recipes but all are the same in the stats they give so your choice which one you use.

Tri-pots - Columbine + Mountain Flower + Bugloss + Larkons Tears
Spell pots - Lady smock + Water Hyacinth + Cornflower +Larkons Tears

Food:
Minstral Banana-Bunny Hash - Small game(1) + Bananas(2) + Seasoning(3)
Melon-Baked Parmesan Pork - White Meat(1) + Melon(2) + Cheese(3)
Solitude Salmon-Millet Soup - Fish(1) + Tomato(2) + Millet(3)

Gear Set-up

Below is a chart showing the overall gear set-up, noting the optimal set requirements in terms of weight, enchants and of course, traits!
Note you can use a crafted staff on the back bar if you don't have a maelstrom weapon,


We are using the Shadow mundus stone along side 64 points into Magicka We are a High Elf but other races are also usable. Dark Elf, Khajiit or Breton are good substitutes.

NOTES ABOUT GEAR:


I have done COUNTLESS hours/days/weeks of testing and this is the most optimal setup for this particular build. However there are things you can use instead if you are not quite there yet.


If you do not have infallible Aether just yet and you are in the process of farming it, you can use Julianos, elegant, netch, scathing mage, mad tinkerer (that is actually quite fun), destruction mastery. Any of these work WELL with undaunted infiltrator however they will perform less as far as overall damage is concerned. Each one of the above sets along side infiltrator performed about 4k dps LESS but still "WORK".
Siroria is also a nice choice but overall actually performed less on average and does require you to keep an eye on the ground aoe affect for you to keep up time on the buff and on mobile fights this can be difficult. The damage is not FAR off but my best results came from the suggested setup, and the setup is less likely to have performance issues because no bonuses drop off.


As far as monster helms are concerned ilambris is a bad option because we do not get the second proc (fire from doing fire damage). Valkin skoria is actually pretty good for more health and constant damage if you are forced to go ranged. Zaan under performed a lot. Single target was "OK" but the aoe was lacking heavily and the proc was a little more than unpredictable and you are loosing 1k max magicka meaning your overall damage(helmet aside) will drop. If you are wanting more protection with a little aoe around you, ice heart is also an option but again lacking the 1k max magicka will reduce your light and heavy attack damage so you will suffer a dps loss. Ultimately the choice is yours however.
