This build is designed for maximum sustainability The focus is keeping everyone topped off 100% of the time by being able to cast more spells per min and worry less about your magika. I use 5 piece seducer for the magika reduction 8% my total reduction is above 40% Willpower jewelry, Engine Guardian , 2 piece,tourogs pact dual wield! max magika sustainability!
I currently have about 35k magika and 1890 magika regen unbuffed so i sit around 40k magika and 2200 regen. with all of the passive bonuses i get from the armor I have 47% reduction to spell cost! If you are ever in need of magika which shouldnt be often if you use a nice Heavy attack rotation ,use a Dark Conversion or Two to get back what you need to keep casting.

I get alot of questions about my ultimate abilities... I am a support class i am there to mitigate as much damage as possible HEAL. I do 0 dps i heavy attack to regen that is about it! With 40+% reduction and 2k+ regen this is as close to unlimited Magika as you can get.
