First I like to throw the buffs on the back bar as well as Flames of Oblivion before running in. Then throw up Igneous Weapon followed by a heavy attack as you run in (if you choose destro staff instead of duel wield, which I switch between). Upon contact throw down the claws for CC. If it's a group of 3+ throw out Draw Essence and which ever one you see take the most fire damage, hit them with the whip. The key is to keep the claws and Flames of Oblivion on so as to trigger Skoria. I will say this may not be better than Sypherpk's build, but it's just how I play mine with decent success. It is much more small group oriented. I would not run this at all for duels. This is more so a back-up healer with DPS and CC in group vs. group.
