Build description

Sets:
Briarheart
Lokkestiiz/Relequen
Selene's
Maelstrom's perfected bow

You could run both Lokkestiiz and Relequen instead of Briarheart, but the Briarheart 5 piece bonus offsets the health cost of sated fury nicely. In single target fights, leeching strikes, briarheart, and killers blade heals should be enough to allow you to keep up sated fury 100% of the time. If you find you're losing health though you can just toggle it off and back on for a burst heal. You could replace rapid strikes with surprise attack if you want, but I find rapid strikes to work best. Drain vigor is your oh sh*t heal in this build to try and get a more vampiric theme out of it. The fact that it heals based on %missing hp, restores some stamina, and costs magicka are all pretty nice. Only downside is that it has a channel/cast time. If you find you have plenty of stamina to spare you could always slot resolving vigor instead, but I feel like that takes away from the point of being a stam vamp. Perfect Scion can always function as a burst heal as well if you have the ultimate. Your buffs from this build will either come from your group members or potions. So make sure to craft/buy essence of weapon power if you plan to do things in small groups or by yourself.
