This build is still a WIP alt. At VR 5, has 2k+ weapon damage buffed. DW (AOE) bar synergizes well with the 2H bar (Single target).

Buffs and Debuffs:
Surprise attacks - Major Fracture (Reduce Physical Resistance on enemy by X for Y seconds)
Ambush - Empower (Increase next attack dmg by 20%)
Relentless Focus - Minor Berserk, Minor Endurance (Increase damage one by 8%, Increase Stamina Recovery by 10%) for 20 seconds
Reaper's Mark - Major Fracture, Major Breach (Reduce Physical & Spell Resistance on enemy), Major Berserk (Increase damage done by 25% for 5 seconds after marked enemy dies) OR Quick Cloak (Major Expedition + Reduced AOE damage taken)

Wrecking blow - Empower
Rally - Major Brutality (Increase weapon damage by 20%)
Camouflaged hunter - Major Savagery (Increase weapon critical rating by 10%)

AOE Rotation:
Rally, Camo Hunter (If fighting daedra/undead. Else replace with another skill), Relentless focus, Reaper's mark/Quick Cloak, Ambush, Surprise attack, Steel tornado execute.

Single target Rotation:
Rally, Camo Hunter, Relentless focus, Reaper's mark, Critical Rush, Wrecking blow, Wrecking blow, Executioner.

You can also switch out the DW for bow with Acid spray, Focused Aim, Relentless focus, Reaper's mark, Magnum Shot.
Instead of Reaper's Mark, also consider using either Quick Cloak (Major expedition + reduced AOE damage taken) or Evasion to gain 20% extra dodge chance.

Armor Sets (While leveling):
5 piece Night's silence + 4 piece Ashen Grip

Weapon Sets:
1 Night's silence sword with precise.
1 Ashen Grip sword with precise.
1 Night's silence greatsword with precise.
1 Night's silence bow with precise (If using bow in place of DW).

Jewelry:
Currently using whatever while leveling. I do have a couple of V16 purple Briarheart's rings stored. Might use it or Agility set depending on how my Crit %, Stamina and Weapon damage look at V16.

Hunding's rage, Briarheart set, Agility set
