Inferno staff is Sharpened with Absorb Magicka enchant
Lightning staff is infused with weapon damage enchant
Need 1 heavy (preferrably chest or helm) & 1 medium (preferrably pants)
Adjust either body armor enchants OR attributes to make sure you have at least 17.2k hp with pet active & witch mother's brew

Potions: Essence of Spell Power
Food: Witch Mother's Brew


General Ability Priority

At all times:
1. Keep Power Surge active
2. Keep Boundless Storm active
3. Keep Hardened Ward active

Single target:
1. Blockade of Storms
2. Liquid Lightning
3. Crystal Fragments when procced
4. Crushing Shock

Multi target:
1. Blockade of Storms
2. Liquid Lightning
3. Lightning staff heavy attack

Use Dark Conversion when low on magicka
Use Matriarch heal when dangerously low on health
Use Thunderous Rage on large groups of adds & bosses while following above rotation
Use Boundless storm actively to increase movement speed
