Build description

This Tank's ability to self heal, create damage shields, and buff allies/self make it a good all around asset.

The gear I use isn't a very common combo from what I can tell but it works for me. The Juggernaut set produces a self heal that grant a 30K instant heal if your health drops below 30%, but it has a re-proc countdown of 1 minute. Mark of the Pariah grants physical and spell resistance in upwards of 10K. As you lose health you gain more resistance. In a sense you get harder to kill as you lose health and if the enemy manages to drop you below 30% you instantly heal for around 30K. They would have to start all over again. If it takes them longer than 1 minute to tear down your health, damage shields, and resistances then you Juggernaut set will be ready to proc again. Hence the name Pheonix. Rise Again!
