Automatic updates + Patch 8.3.5 Scribes of Fate

We have been updating the skill planner automatically with the live version for some time, so you should usually always find the current patch status here. The current status is 8.3.5 (Scribes of Fate DLC).

We are currently working on the implementation of the PTS (Nekrom Chapter) and the introduction of the new class (Arcanist). In addition, some players have requested that the skill planner also appear in Spanish and Russian, since there is also an ESO client for this. So we're working on that at the moment.
