An impressive brawler tank! Focused on bash damage and shields, and boasting solid flexability. Bash damage is independant of max stamina, so we can just about max out our health here to make the most of damage shields and general survivability.

Dragonknight recovery on ultimate and The Serpent mundus stone make up for the loss of jewellery regen glyphs, allowing us to maximize our bash damage without running out of resources. Void Bash lets us capitalize on all of this (with Bloospawn too) but if you can't get it or it's just not your vibe then Armor of the Veiled Heritance or Drake's Rush are both really solid options. Grab a Magma Incarnate Pauldron to go with it then.

If you have scribing, you can sub out Chains for Shield Throw (Pull/Taunt, Knight's Valor, Cowardice/Vitality)
The back bar is a great setup if you want to go solo or PvP, as this build is really quite strong in both.
