This build is aiming to heal any endgame PvE content while doing a decent amount of DPS. As a heal, you don't want to just heal. Radiant destruction for example is too good of a skill to not use it on a templar.

2x Infallible Aether - Obtainable in Sanctum /Hel Ra /Archive (Divines / Infused)
5x Spell Power Cure - Obtainable in Veteran White Gold Tower (Divines/Infused)
Jewelry:
3x Infallible Aether (Spell Power/Magicka recovery enchant)
Weapons:
Master's Restoration Staff(Sharpened/Precise/Powered)
Maelstrom Lightning Staff(Sharpened/Precise/Powered)

If you dont have a maelstrom destro or a master's resto, you can equip one piece of molag kena/velidreth for additional spell damage. The downside of this is that you need aether Weapons in the right traits.
The Combination of Infallible and Spell Power cure is awesome to provide your dds with additional dps. With a resto and a lightning staff, you can put aether marks on all important enemies because the First Ticks of the channeled heavy attacks proc aether. I did a First try no death run in vWGT with this build right after i reached lvl 50.
