Choose between:
-5x Julianos: Craftable fairly early on (though you do need Orsinium DLC) and offers good damage in all scenarios. Tends to perform best in unorganized trials and 4-man content. Not as high potential damage with Warhorn buff.
-5x Twice Born Star: When running trials with good Warhorn uptime TBS has the potential to perform better than Julianos. Use the Shadow as your second mundus.
-5x Burning Spellweave: Strongest long duration fight main set you can use on most Magicka builds. We have a high enough uptime with Sun Fire, Blockade and weaves. If you're going into vMA use Julianos, as the proc uptime can get a bit wonky at times.

-3x Minor Slayer jewellery: Highest performing set for jewellery slot in PvE. Also easy to get in gold, as opposed to Willpower, which is purple. Prioritize Moondancer, but that is difficult to get in gold compared to Infallible so its no big deal if you can't get those yet.
-3x Willpower: Offers 150% stat bonuses compared to other jewellery. Tiny margin of difference between this and MS jewellery.

-2x Minor Slayer Swords: Our build is most optimal with dual wield instead of staff. Also allows us to use Infallible/Moondancer 5pc bonus, which is useful either way.
-2x Willpower Swords: Very expensive but second best option.
-2x Torugs Swords: Easy option, though a little bit less effective.

-Maelstrom Inferno: This needs to be sharpened for it to be worth it. If you don't have a sharp MA staff, just use a Slayer or non set one sharpened.
