Race: I go with Altmer but Breton is also good.

All Attributes into Max Magicka or put some in Health if you need a higher health pool too.

Also gives bonuses to Max Stamina, Magicka and Stamina Recovery,& Weapon and Spell Damage. With Heavy Armor passives you will also have a nice big health resource pool. Also grab first three passives in light armor and of course all class, racial, & weapon passives.

CP’s help also with recovery and spell damage as well as defense making for a very powerful character with easy sustain from light and heavy staff attacks and/or ability buffs.

The armor is mostly craftable and the Necropotence Set is cheap in guild stores or farm it for free.

This is excellent for classes with Pets that scale from Max Magicka for health/damage like Sorcerer and Warden but also great for any pure Magicka build and very survivable in Heavy Armor too. With Destro or even Better Resto staff light/heavy attacks, there is easy sustain available. Class with Damage shields also benefit from high magicka/health pools and if using ice staff can tank without needing to perma block. Prior to CP 160 or until Necropotence set is acquired, substitute Armor of the Seducer or Sload’s Semblance Set, both are Craftable with 6 or less traits researched.
