Build description

This build is is designed for solo play but can be used is group play as well. We make use of Velothi Ur-Mage amulet due to light and heavy attacks not being that important to the rotation.
Evolving Runemend on out frontbar can be swapped out for Chakram of Destiny or any other shield you prefer.
