Build description

Hyperioxes build, not mine, added a few bits I wanted

If you don't want Scalding Rune, use the Scribed "Soul Burst" or whatever you want.

Maintain all buffs from duratin - Longest to Shortest - Refresh when possible.
Spammable = Skull, can replace with Scribed Soul ability - Wield Soul

If below level 50 & in Cyrodiil - Utilise Reanimate. Your group will thank you by fighting off enemies & players so you can get that delicious Alliance Points for abilities.
