Gear : 5 Julianos, 3 Wisdom (jewelry), 2 Torug, 2 Kena is one of the best stuff for this set. Scathing mage, overwhelming or kagrenac are also good sets. All divine, weapon precise (sword) and nirnhoned (staff).

Try to get 19-20k health with blue magicka/health food with enchants, then everything into magicka. Remember that for each life glyph you need and magicka glyph you have, you can use two tri-stat glyph and get a stamina glyph effect for free.

For the mundus stone, take the thief if your critical modifier is at least 10% better than your critical rate. If not, take the shadow.

Warrior Champion point : spell shield, hardly and elemental defender, as you prefer.
Thief Champion point : arcanist is better if you are an Altmer, magician and arcanist are good choice in every other case.
Mage Champion point : 1 in spell erosion, 29 in elfborn. Then everything in thaumaturge. When you have 501 CP, the better spread is 96 thaumaturge, 0 spell erosion, 71 elfborn. Don't spend more than 4 point in spell erosion, it's bugged (2.6.6).
