Build description

The penetration stacks lets this one dance PvP in ALL settings. Solo or group, CP or no CP, IC, BG, Cyro. Gameplay strength as a closer: the stealth, speed, shuffle lets you keep calm and pick off under 25% health with ease either by brawl or Heavy Attack Bow. A 2H Heavy Attack from stealth gives you gank option. The stealth gives you escape needed in 1vTooMany.
Gear is high end, but easier to get than most. Worth the cost as you don't need to swap take a resource, farm the sewers, or pressure a Zerg.
