						Front bar slot 5: You can use Elemental Drain here instead.
Back bar slot 1: You can use Harness Magicka here instead.
Back bar slot 5: You can use Concealed Weapon here instead.
Back bar ulti: You can use Soul Siphon here instead.
You can change around Mass Hysteria and Shadowy Disguise if you find the delay when changing weapons to be annoying.
5-2 armour setup.
5 pieces War Maiden (Belt, Feet, Chest, Legs and Hands).
5 pieces Caluurion's Legacy (Neck, Rings and Weapons). This set can be front barred if you want. Use Precise Regeneration restoration staff on the Back bar if that is the case. This set can also be replaced with a defensive set like Buffer of the Swift or a set with armour bonus.
2 pieces Balorgh (Helm and Shoulder). Both pieces should be heavy.
All armour traits should be Impenetrable. You could change 1-2 to Well-fitted if you want.
Front bar weapon trait should be Nirnhoned.
Back bar weapon trait should be Defending.
All jewelry traits should be Arcane.
Enchant on Helm, chest and legs should be Tri-stat. Use Magicka for a less expensive enchant, but you'll have to adjust your health pool accordingly by putting some attribute points into it.
Enchant on all other armour pieces should be Magicka.
Enchant on Neck should be Spell damage.
Enchant on Ring 1 should be Spell damage.
Enchant on Ring 2 should be Magicka recovery.
If you're really struggling with recovery, you could use Magicka recovery or Spell cost reduction on more than 1 jewelry piece.
Front bar Weapon enchant should be Weapon damage. You could also use a Shock damage enchant.
Back bar Weapon enchant should be whatever you feel like. You could also use Damage Health Poison IX.
Food buff should be Bewitched Sugar Skulls. If you're struggling with recovery, you could use Witchmother's Potent Brew instead, but then you might find your stamina pool to be insufficient.
Use Tri-stat potions to help with recovery and replenish your resources when low. You can use the basic Magicka potions instead.
Don't ever forget that if something in a build doesn't work out for you, change it to suit your playstyle and needs.
