Build description

An attempt to make a decent damager, that can do damage, instead of sneezing at enemies, and giving them a slight cold.

I wanna do a theme build around a dual dagger/bow wood elf.
I'm not trying to hit that 100k+ damager, but I'm tired of not being able to take down even the easier world bosses, or at least triple stared enemies.

Rotation and veawing is important, I know! But just looking at single "K" damage is getting tiresome.
