Build description

This build focuses on sustain and DPS. If you don't have enough magica then use the mage stone for the 2500 extra magica. Use lightning form then bound shield before you go into a fight. Then use wall of elements and liquid lightning for AOE. For bosses use crystal fragments and crushing shock. For PVP use crushing shock because it sets players off balance then use the shard fragments. Use the elemental storm as your main ult and ice comet as you quick if storm is not up yet.
