Can level whatever skill line or abilities you want just make sure to have either have two of the damage abiltites such as the summon and pulsar or the summon and elemental blockade either combination just need two of them and can fill other spots with whatever. If take off power surge get a magicka shield on either primary or secondary will need depending on the mobs you are grinding.
