Build:
With new non CP Battle grounds and campaigns there needs to be a strong focus on recovery

Monster Set- Infernal Guardian/ engine Guardian or you can mix it up with one piece kena and chockthorn for extra damage and sustain.
Infernal Staff of Seducer
4X Seducer body pieces light all impen
1X Litch Body piece Impen
3X Litch Jewelry with 2 spell damage enchants and 1 recovery
1X Litch restoration Staff.

Alternate Set to the Litch would be the warlock set out of selenes web

Note on SKills
With overload we are running a third bar for extra skills, what you put there is up to you but i like the following:
defensive ruin- Provides for you an anti gank protection while traveling from place to place
Rapid maneuver
Dadric minefield
A shield of some sort
dark deal- This can allow for some stamina to be restored when your in a pinch

Dont worry about Cp, this set up for no Cp anyway.
