Build description

Work in progress. Mostly just trying to figure out my sorc. Not sure where CP will go, or what sets to use, enchantments, etc.

The idea is to have one bar with an inferno staff to focus on single target attacks, and the second bar with a lightning staff for area of effect skills. Some rationale:
- Ancient Knowledge (destro staff passive) increases damage of ST abilities with an inferno staff, and AoE abilities with a lightning staff
- Energize (storm calling passive) grants bonus to shock damage
- Implosion (storm calling passive) gives chance of execution with shock damage
- Destructive Ancestry (dunmer passive) grants significant bonus to flame damage, and some bonus to shock and ice
