Build description

Simple BG's/Cyrodil pvp templar build, Decent burst, nice pressure, healthy pools of sustain, can alter easily for player needs etc.

Shock staff can be swapped for Fire if need be for other skills, Skoria can be replaced with bloodspawn for extra ult gain and added tankyness.
