Build description

This is a build made to tank and heal at a level which has yet to be seen as equal to the current meta (2/14/19) as it is overly complex and annoying to assemble. (Under revision to healer dps) 4/7/19

However this build is strongly built off a highly successful Templar tank that i used before. It did not use magicka as its primary stat. It was purely a 64 Hp tank using a combination of CC, Blazing Shield, and Spiked Bone shield. It was extremely effective and can even tank blood forge. Its only short coming was that it could not tank trails, but did do both pve and pvp well without changing its gear constantly.

They goal is to be able to hit that same level of tankiness while getting an extreme amount of healing too. Armor is planned to be lord warden, Vanus, Draugr's rest
