Build description

Templar vampire damage build for V16 - mostly Imperial City and Cyrodiil solo and small group skirmishing.

Gear I use at the moment isn't ideal but I have 4 Healer/3 Torug's Pact/4 Martial Knowledge.

Destro/Resto staff

Fights usually go like this if I can get the jump:

Heavy Attack Destro Staff, Purifying Light, Toppling Charge, Puncturing Sweep, Radiant Destruction. If its someone particularly tanky you can use Bats also.

You can switch around a few abilities if you want a ranged version change Blazing Shield to Structured Entropy, Toppling Charge to Reflective Light, and Puncturing Sweep to Dark Flare

I use Caltrops and Elusive Mist for escaping.

Have a vampire ability on each bar to get the passives.
