Build description

This is a DD focused on keeping up bleed, hemorrhage, poison, and chilled dots with the occasional off balance. Hemorrhage and chilled will add a lot of crit chance and crit damage for you and some for your group.

For dummy parse change out the heal with bird of prey skill for 7% added damage on the back bar. At lower health percent drop skills, but always keep up winter's revenge for chilled, subterranean assault, barrage and stampede as it is your major damage source before executioner passes it.
