Build description

idea is to be able to block with shield most of the time (front bar) while long-duration dots/area spells are going off.
use with the set that adds an additional frost damage aura while blocking, and possibly parts of frostbite set.
not 100% full tank (health) because it revolves around blocking fulltime, and has so many defensive/heals.

yes but deep fissure hits like a truck, and costs mana....
it would be better to get rid of the taunt than deep fissure, but then again its a tank, so not sure either way.
its worth noting and keeping an eye on for better slot though.
