While being a much better Tank than DPS, because of its high sustainability and self-healing abilities, this build can whittle bosses down over time. Half of the skills are Magicka based, which is why 20 Attribute points were allocated there. The other half of the skills are Stamina based, as is this build's combat and defense. Which is why 40 Attribute points were allocated to Stamina. The remaining 4 were dropped into Health, but they can be allocated as you see fit.

This Argonian Dragonianknight is Heavy Armor based, except for the head and shoulders.

Each of the Constellations have 225 CP allocated, with one Mundus at least CP 120, another CP 75, and the last one CP 30 in order to take advantage of the Mundus passives. For a DPS/Tank hybrid it broke down as follows:

The Mage: The Apprentice 30, The Attronarch 75, The Ritual 120;
The Thief: The Lover 120, The Shadow 30, The Tower 75;
The Warrior : The Lady 75, The Lord 30, The Steed 120.

The CP can be moved around within each of the Mundus signs, but the total amounts should remain unchanged in order to gain the passive bonuses.
