Minimum points for mapping and first stages. No monster helm or end game stuf. The entire build is meant to be easy to obtain but strong. Outside of cp if i didnt mark it or put points in, i figured it was either personal preference or unnecessary to show. This was Built for solo or duo tanking but can be useful elsewhere. Works best with dragonknight cause of the resources back from using ultimate and the goal here is to generate as much ult while healing off of direct damage and dps/ heal abilities till u get ult and repeat. Your getting your pen from stacking effects on target, puncture skill and corrosion ult. Crit mundos with the khajiit passive to add a little bonus damage.
