The purpose of this build is to stack as much magicka as possible while still maintaining a viable build with the magicka nightblade. That's why I chose for the following setup:
-Head: Domihaus, heavy, infused, max magicka enchant
-Shoulder: Ilambris, meduim, devines, max magicka enchant
-Chest: Necropotence, light, infused, max magicka enchant
-Gloves: Necropotence, light, devines, max magicka enchant
-Belt: Necropotence, light, devines, max magicka enchant
-Breeches: Necropotence, light, infused, max magicka enchant
-Feet: Necropotence, light, devines, max magicka enchant
-Necklace: Robes of Destruction Mastery , arcane, spell damage glyph
-Ring: Robes of Destruction Mastery, arcane, spell damage glyph
-Ring: Robes of Destruction Mastery, arcane, spell damage glyph
-Frontbar fire staff: Robes of Destruction Mastery, flame glyph
-Backbar fire staff: Robes of Destruction Mastery, weapon/increase weapon/spell damage glyph

Tips:
-Recommended class is High elf but a dark elf or breton will do fine.
-Try to always have your minion spawned or you will lose magicka.
-Use the mage boon to maximise your magicka.
-Since we're running a 5/1/1 setup, it's very important to max all of the undaunted passives, this will result in more magicka.
-For a nightblade, I highly recommend using potions. Therefore It's a must to level your alchemy in order to benefit from the medical use passive.
-You can swap cripple for entropy. This will heal you a bit and you won't have to use potions to gain major sorcery while still doing a nice amount damage.
-If you prefer to have a bit more damage instead of max magicka, you can swap the frontbar ultimate with the backbar ultimate, this will decrease your magicka but increase your damage due to the ancient knowledge passive (destro staff passive).
