Vampire is highly recommended

You may ask why 6 light 1 heavy? So that when I switch to my back bar I still have my 5 piece Rattlecage bonus (because were using that Rattlecage restoration staff) which is more substantial than keeping the Julianos 299 sp bonus without Major Sorcery. Rattlecage gives a grand total of 345 spell power PLUS keeping Major Sorcery active at all times, we dont need to worry about casting entropy every 18 seconds and this frees up an ability slot. Theoretically you might be able to get a better bonus if you run 5 julianos armor 2 Rattlecage swords 3 Rattlecage jewelry and run spell power pots and just always pop one when you switch to your back bar (alliance spell power potions are easily obtained through the siege vendor in cyrodill. A few hours spent zerging when the servers are full will get you a stack of 200. You need about 150,000 alliance points for a stack). But this is costly and you sort of want to save your potions for when you need them.

You should be resting at around 3285 spell power with Gold swords or just under 3000 with purple. This is EXTREMELY HIGH for any healer. I use Witchmothers Potent Brew for the extra 3900 magicka and 350 recovery. With our racial passive of 10% recovery, being a vampire for another 10% and any points we may have into Arcansit you should be between 1100-1400 recovery. While this may seem low for a healer the trade off in spell power is more than worth it and during extended fights we are always keeping radiant Aura active which is returning 400 magicka per second while any enemy within 25 meters of the cast point is being Hit. We also use harness magicka when necessary and if you even wanted to run channeled focus instead of restoring focus that might have even better recovery results but I have no resource management issues without it so I prefer to receive the extra 8% damage reduction from restoring focus. So summary for resource management is keep radiant aura active, pop harness magicka if you're low and fighting spell casters, during any boss fight just pop regular magical pots when you go below half and two immediate heavy pulls should put you right back up to 100%. If heavy heals are needed during a moment where your resources are running thin we use Lights Champion (morph of Restoration staff ultimate "Panacea) an extremely cheap and effective ultimate with an astoundingly low cost of only 96 ultimate you can heal for about 8000 per second while simultaneously casting anything else or managing your resources and also remaining completely mobile. Lights Champion also grants Major Force to all of your allies which increases crit damage by a whopping 15%, very substantial and a great alternative for the Templar healing ultimate which, while it has its moments, is expensive and not always situationally flexible as it makes you immobile.

The Attack Rotation:

Start on back bar, always start a fight by casting Radiant Aura and Ritual of retribution. This gives us back magicka, heals, grants Major Mending while inside the circle (25% increased healing) and applies our first DoT.

Reflective light applies our second DoT and is also our source of Major Prophecy bringing us to 48% crit without precise weapons. You only gain MP for 3 seconds after activating reflective light so you should be weaving it in between pretty much every other cast. 2 consecutive light attacks after RL to activate enchants, which brings us to Blazing Spear and applies our 3rd DoT and then we start using Puncturing Sweeps and beaming (Radiant Oppression) anything below 30%. Just remember to watch your teams health levels and give them a Breath of Life when needed but with our spell power so high the Ritual of Retribution should hold its own during most mob fights. Also a good rule of thumb is to always cast Radiant Aura and Ritual of Retribution together so we know they are always active. This is a must. So in total we have potentially 3 DoT's active at all times which should keep our Skoria set proccing pretty much every 5 seconds.

To achieve 5k+ spell damage:

Exchange 2 Skoria for 2 Kena, exchange 1 Sharpened Julianos sword for 1 Nirnhoned Julianos sword with Gold glyph of increase spell damage. When you go into overkill you will be around 5100 spell damage.
