Build description

General utilisation of class and common heal skills to make a Ro/Jo/Spaulder Arcanist, made for my own use but shared with members of TaL for their perusal.

As arcanists have a few buffs and they have some nice damage shield bonuses (passives), utilising the red CP nodes related to damage shields also, you can mitigate damage with a semi spammble shield skill, whilst also getting more "bang for the buck" because you happen to be wearing good old Jorvuld, meaning all buffs and damage shields you provide, are more effective.

The regular, general healing skills that are healer staples are included, along with a variance in ultimates, the arcanist ultimate providing a boost to spell damage for the team and some resistance replacing the normal War Horn ultimate in healer builds. (Barrier is kept on frontbar due to the passive mag regen, and, as the CP and class passives that boost shields also boost barrier)

Rune of the Colourless Pool is an amazing support skill to use on bosses, with 20 seconds of minor Vulnerability AND Minor Brittle.. you need to have this on your bar as a support, backbarred Recuperative Treatise is a nice passive buff to yourself and also a handy activated ability, giving you back both mag AND stam on casting an enemy affecting Arcanist class skill, as the Pool is you only skill to match that criteria, it is mainly used for it's passive (unless you spam the rune on trash pack adds or boss adds) (my god it makes your staff fancy though)

Your main flex slots are Recuperative Treatise and Elemental Susceptibility on the backbar (can be swapped for Altar and purge or something) Frontbar, you have Rune of the Colourless Pool and Echoing Vigor as flex slots (can be Radiating Regeneration for AS/CR, Bone Surge for heavy damage fights etc etc) If you can be sure it will be used for the synergy, Bone Surge would be an excellent swap for Echoing Vigor due to the shield boosts the Arcanist has.
