Build description

2.0 Changes, I went to 5 Heavy and 2 light as well as a few skill changes for a few reasons. 1 The 50% increase in magica return for each heavy attack and the added armor bonus.

Gear: 5 Elegant, 5 Law of Julianos all Heavy, 1 Molag Kena.

5 Elegant, includes rings and Amulet as well as 2 pieces of armor. I went with Gloves and Boots both Divines trait. Spell Power Enchants on all Jewelry and Max Magic on both Gloves and Boots.

5 Julianos, Heavy Chest (infused), Hvy Shoulder (impenetrable), Hvy Belt (impenetrable) and Legs (infused). Max Magic on Everything. As well as both the flame (Precise) and resto (Sharpened) staves with Fire Enchants on both.

1 Molag Kena Helm Hvy (Infused) with Max Magic Enchant.

Food: Tristat Food, you need the stam for Break Free and Roll Dodge.

Potions: I use 3 more than any other, the CC immunity + 30% Movement Speed + Restore Stamina/Regen, Tristat Potions and 8+K HP/ HP Regen + 898 HP EVERY SECOND FOR 48 SECONDS!!! (Mix Butterfly Wing + Scrib Jelly + Bugloss and see for yourself)

fyi: Your Magic Regen will be terrible (750ish) just remember to Heavy Attack and you wont even notice your low regen, its seriously funny hitting for 12K or more with a flame staff and 8K or more with resto Heavy Attacks and the magic return for said heavy attack (see flame staff passive Destruction Master and resto staff passive Cycle of Life with the Lover CP passive Tenacity). You'll love the Max Magic of over 40K and over 3.1K Spell Power though with about 22% max magic refill for just 1 heavy attack.

Bar 1: Inner light passively increases DPS by increasing your max Magic buy 7% just for having it slotted, and gives Empower when cast (and exposes NB's) which we use right before a Heavy Attack with Molten Armaments up. (Fyi Im getting well over 38K crits on npc's and 12-15K crits on players) Crushing Shock for a Stun against casting targets (stops Dark Flare/Snipe Spammers very very well). And DFS to reflect attacks back which adds they're DPS to yours... essentially. So while DFS are up your free to charge Heavy Attacks and Light/Crushing Shock with very high single target DPS.

Bar 2: Is your Close range engagement bar and healing. Keep up with the Fossilize to Embers then Whip x2 then heavy resto attack. Believe me if they're not dead THEY WILL BACK OFF, when they do, IF you have Ultimate, pop Molten THEN Inner Light (Buff up) then Shooting Star then Fossilize them (its a 100% guaranteed they will get hit by a Empowered SS which crits for 20kish) and Whip them as fast as possible, I kill 9/10 times with this combo.

Self Healing; Healing ward is your main but, if you were to Healing award then Leap and I then Whip twice you can go from near dead back to full life.
