Focused on getting high dps through dots, weaving and valkyn skoria, high regen and criticle rating. Self heal through burning embers and draw essence. Note the skills in here are not updated for the thieves guild so this build is not good now but will be in 2.3.

Armor/weapons: 7 piece light and 2 desto staves(fire)

2 piece skoria for obvious reasons
3 piece law of julianos for spell crit (1 armor piece and both fire desto staves) go with the nirnhoned trait on all 3
4 piece transmution or 4 piece alteration mastery set for recovery and spell crit (depends the yet unknown traits for transmution and what you think looks better.)

For jewelry:

3 pieces of the trinimac's valor or the healers habit (prefered because of arcane trait) set if you don't have these the jewelry of the elemental succesion set or winters something (orsinium light armor set) will suit aswell.
