Prebuff flames and molten arms > burning > breath > unstable > fiery soul/crushing shock > swap > reach > essence > whip 2x > swap > LA > swap > essence > flames > reach > HA > swap

crushing shock/fiery soul can also flex in green dragon blood/vigor. refresh molten arms when needed
