Thanks for the nice comments.

Yes you are right this build did have Shooting Star on bar 1 when I first posted. Shooting Star is the right choice in the slot as it gives you ultimate per enemy hit. I'm not at Mages lvl10 yet so I slotted in another ultimate instead. I selected Veil over Tether for a couple of reasons. It reduces ememy movement allowing my other area of effect skills to be more effective. I already have a root skill slotted, Crippling Grasp. And finally Veil last 14 sec vs Tether at 8 sec.

Tether could be effective in this slot as well. If I slotted Tether, i would probably swap out Crippling Grasp for something like Structured Entropy from the Mages skill line. You don't need two roots on the same bar in my opinion.

All in all I think the Nightblade has some of the best ultimates in the game. I don't think you can go wrong by picking any of these.

Sorry i can really help with PvP at this time. I haven't tried it yet so I'm don't want to give out wrong info. When you get a PvP NB build together I would love to see it.

Very good build I like it so far. If I wanted to do PvP do you have any good alternative skills I could use? Only thing I really added to this build was annulment for a litte shielding and some crafting passives. Overall its very fun to use and debilitating in pve so far, it just saps away. I did also add a lightning staff. I would like your opinion on using soul tether. When this build first went up it had shooting star I thing ( the on from mg skill line. I see you have changed it to consuming darkness should I still swap between both on that bar or just pick one? Thanks
