Build description

So, basically, you take advantage of Iceheart's Monster set (you'll proc it, often) and the Seducer set to keep your magicka up. For jewelry, just use the Mother's Sorrow set (with the main hand and off-hand) set (for the increased spell critical). I have about 60% critical chance with this build, and essentially, you'll have boundless storm, Iceheart's, and Liquid Lightning ticking constantly, which will provide a ton of chances to get a spell critical, renewing the Iceheart shield. You focus on Spell critical and your taunting ability (Pierce armor). Now, you will have to be skillful at animation cancelling and weapon swapping to be truly efficient with this build, but on top of being nigh invincible, you will do pretty darn good DPS as well.

Use the Thief Mundus, and your gear should all have the Divines trait. Weapon should have the trait that increases weapon and spell critical.

So, your champion points go into Bastion, Magician, and Elemental expert FIRST. After that, you want to put points into Elfborn, Elemental Defender, etc.

The basic rotation is this: Pop Boundless storm, Harness Magicka, and Empowered Ward. Tag enemies with Pierce armor, and then switch to your two handed weapon. Use your 1 (and you could put other skills on this bar), while making sure to keep aggro, and keep Harness Magicka and Empowered Ward up at all times.

I generally get about 10k DPS per fight right now, and it could be even more if I was better with weapon swapping, as I could use the second bar for other skills. Either way, 10k DPS is pretty darn good for a tank.

It's a pretty simple build, and you should

It's really just my preference. It's a tanking build, and you rely heavily on the shielding, so since I'm not particularly good at weapon swapping, it helps me to have them on the two main bars. Someone who is better at swapping could easily add other skills, as your spell damage and spell critical are at almost 60 percent. With the current setup, you end up with about 10k dps.

The only repeating skill you actually need is Bound Aegis... I don't get why you have so many repeating skills unless I'm missing something.
