Gear:
5 Necropotence - Divines - Max Mag
2 Maw of the Infernal - Heavy Helm Infused / Med Shoulders Divines - Max Health
3 Willpower - 2 Hardy 1 Arcane - Spell Damage
1 Maelstrom Lighting Staff - Infused - Shock Damage
1 Vateshran Ice Staff - Defending - Weapon Power

The goal of this build was to make a Solo class that could perform well by itself or in a group. This class is capable of dishing out 35k Single target DPS while being hardy enough to weather even the toughest of enemies, ie: vMA, vVate. It is a very simple build that can be edited to the user's liking. This build has insane sustain as our main form of attack is pets, LA weaving and 2 HA per rotation.

Your rotation should be:
Crit Surge > Lighting Form > Ele Drain > LA > Bar Swap
Unstable Wall > LA > Volatile Fam > LA > Daedric Prey > HA > HA.

Repeat buffs as necessary. if you are in close then make sure to keep the lightning form up as it is offensive and defensive. if you aren't a fan of lightning form you can swap this out with Channeled Acceleration from the Psijic Order skill-line. Make sure you keep crit surge and Daedric prey up 100% of the time. Your Crit surge is the main heal of the build with Twilight Matriarch as our panic button. but if you keep your shield up and keep the surge active you will heal through most things.
