Altmer (4% elemental damage + 10% magicka + 10% recovery)
Dunmer (7% fire damage + 9% magicka)

Gear:
I 2x Grothdarr / 2x Molag Kena
II 5x Burning Spellweave
III 3/5x Moondancer Jewelry (1x Sword Sharpend 1x Sword Precise) Spelldmg/Fire Enchant
1x Maelstrom Inferno Staff Sharpend

*Use Sword 2x sharpend if you don't have all debuff's running (Alkosh, Major/Minor Breech, Crusher Enchant)

Alternative gear setups:
II 5x Law of Julianos
III 3/5x Infallible Aether Jewelry / Willpower
IV Swords: 2x Willpower
* If you don't have a Maelstrom/Moondancer inferno Staff, just use any shapend fire staff

Skills:
Switch Ritual of Purifying Light and Blazing Spear with eachother at more AoE oriëntated fights
Skillslot 1 of the 2nd (destro) Bar is your Flex Slot. Use a Shield for Hardmode Trials, Ritual of Retribution for Aoe, slot Channeld Focus for better magicka sustain or Force Pulse for bossfights with range mechanics.

Rotation:
Pre, Trap + spellpower potion
Ultimate > Blazing Spear > Charge heavy attack, release when Ultimate/Spear lands > Blockade > Barswap > LA > Purifying Light > LA > Vampire's Bane > [: LA > Sweeps :] > LA, Purifying Light > Barswap > LA> Blockade > LA > Blazing Spear > Barswap > LA > Sweeps etc.

Cast Purifying light before barswap (6sec on 8sec rotation)
Refresh Vampire's Bane (10,5sec) + Blockade/Blazing Spear once they run out and use Rearming trap after the each 2nd cast of Blockade.
Use Ritual of Retribution once there are 2+ adds
Spam Blazing spear at 5+ adds for AoE damage. (keep Blockade and Ritual up)

* Beam at around 25% with (fire) dots up
