Build description

My Gear:
Monster Set: Earthgore (Blootroot Forge vet) - Heavy helmet (infused/max Magicka or Life) / Medium Shoulders (Divine/max Magicka)
Body Parts: Olorime (Cloudrest normal) / Jorvuld's Guidance (Scalecaller Peak normal/vet)
Jewellery: Olorime / Jorvuld's Guidance (arcane/damage glyphs)
Weapons: Olorime / Jorvuld's Guidance - Healing Staff (Powered/Magicka Drain Glyph), Lightning Staff (Charged/Shock Glyph)

You need 5 parts Olorime and 5 parts Jorvuld's Guidance (to get 5th stat of every set)

Body Parts: I really like to wear bigger parts (chest/pants) in infused. If you need more HP, put a Life glyph or a tristat glyph on them. All other max magicka.

Other useful sets:
Wormcult (The Worm's Rainment - Vaults of Madness) - when you have a lot of magicka players in your party
Spell Power Cure (Whitegold Tower) - do not wear together with Olorime, the last stat doesn't stack! But nice to use if you're not able to do Cloudrest trial
Sanctuary (Banished Cells) - when you need a lot of burst healing on your party
Chokethorn Monster Set - When you have no access to Blootroot Forge Vet. Real good single target heal
Torug's Pact (craftable/3 traits researched needed)
Kagrenac's Hope (craftable/8 traits needed, crafter needs finished fighters guild quest line)

Skill usage:
1. Betty Netch should be up all the time - your magicka return, cleanse (1 effect) and spell damage increase (yes, it increases your heal, too!)
2. Combat Prayer (at least all 8 seconds) - heals and increases damage of your party members in front of you.
3. Enchanted Growth (at least all 20 seconds) - heals and increases magicka and stamina regeneration of your party members in front of you.
4. Elemental Drain - in most cases your tank will reduce penetration stats on the main boss/monsters, but it's nice to have this skill on mobs, because it returns 300 magicka all second, when the mob gets damage by your party members.
5. Energy Orb (all 20 seconds if possible) - heals a bit and your party members can use the synergy to regain some magicka or stamina.
6. Elemental Blockade - we are using a lightning staff, concussion and off balance of mobs will be increasing your group members dps.
7. Healing Springs - your main heal to keep your group alive.
8. Mutagen - is a real good heal over time, so your party members have a little heal on them and they can feel save a bit.
9. Healing Ward - a good "oh shit" skill, when a party member gets a lot of damage at one time
10. Aggressive Horn - real cool at boss fights, it rises magicka/stamina and increases critical strike damage. Most tanks use it, too, so if you can talk to your party members, try to get a good uptime of this skill to kill bosses fast.
Enchanted Forest - only use when you see your party is really dropping fast on HP, "oh shit" skill.

First I buff up me and my group members with 1-4, throw some Energy Orbs to them. When you use Olorime, your first healing springs (in fight) will trigger 5th stat of this set. so put it where your dds are standing or run through. Heal with Healing Springs and try to reapply 1-4 when the buffs run out.
When your magicka drops down too much (because casting Energy Orbs need a lot of magicka), try to do a heavy attack with your healing staff to regain magicka.

When you will get some damage, use harness magicka to shield yourself a bit. You can also use Ice Fortress (Winter skill line warden) - this is my preferred one, because it also buffs group members next to me.
