I am attempting my first build. It is very bare bones and I am, in no way, a theory-crafter or expert at ESO. I am trying to get a road map for a character I want to build. I have no desire to be the best dps or try to maximize my abilities. I want to build a character that I enjoy playing but is not the worst either. I know, it sounds weird but as I said I am no expert on ESO and need input in case there are rules or skills I am missing.

So below is my Warden Magicka DPS build. My goal with this build is to be pure magicka, with a focus on stacking spell damage and crit with emphasis on magicka regen and chilled status.

I am still working on rotation ideas so it is a work in progress. I much rather take a melee weapon skill (I love DW) but I think my stamina pool will not be sufficient nor will my rotation really benefit from the DW skills so I went with destro staff instead (frost obviously).

So I am not sure if there are damage caps or if skills I have chosen cancel each other out or share timers or cooldowns. Like I said, total noob at this.

Any and all input will be accepted and considered. Also, I know character builder I am using is not for the most up to date patch so if anyone has a better one, please let me know.
