Build description

Argonian Necromancer Healer for endgame PVE content:

The role of a necromaner healer is much the same as any other class of healer. In other words, you primarily heal and buff your allies while also debuffing enemies. However, playing as a necromancer support also means you have the added bonus of being your own ultimate team. This is because the Saxhleel set (which most necro support builds use) enables your Colossus to not only provide major vulnerability but also major force for your group.

What’s the purpose of using two partial monster sets and a Senche-Raht’s restoration staff?
With the current dps meta primarily revolving around most builds running Bashei’s Mania (which increases damage when magicka is low) most dps do not require additional sustain from monster sets such as Symphony of Blades and Sentinel of Rkugamz’s or arena restoration staves such as the vDSA resto. Therefore, the best thing a necro healer can do this patch (especially since the warden healer is usually the one wearing the Spaulder of Ruin) is increase their healing done; hence the partial monster sets and the Senche-Raht’s Grit restoration staff for an additional 12% healing done.

Why run Blast Bones?
Casting blast bones on rotation creates a constant source of corpses that can be used to keep the HoTs of braided tether and enduring undeath up indefinitely. It is especially useful in boss fights where there are little to no adds.

*Healing done:
6% (Argonian passive)
13% (powered Senche Raht’s Grit resto staff)
8% (both 1pc monster sets)
10% (ritual mundus w/ 4pc divine)
___________________________________________________
= 37% healing done (37% - 60% depending on CP selections)

*Heals per second (hps) while fully buffed and all heal over times (HoTs) up = 16.8k hps
(30k+ if spamming Enduring Undeath while HoTs are up)

Health: 28.5k (31.3k with minor toughness from Warden)
- If you are healing in veteran content in ESO, I recommend running at least 25k health (27k+ for veteran hard modes) on the premise that a dead healer can’t heal.
Magicka: 30k
- uptimes for active CP abilities max out at 30k max magicka. Anything over this is unnecessary and will yield increasingly diminishing returns. Having 30k+ magicka doesn’t do you any good if you can’t replace it. Invest any additional resources into spell damage and/or magicka recovery.
Stamina: 15.8k (18k on back bar with Perfected Saxhleel)

Food Buff: Ghastly Eye Bowl (AKA “Eye Scream”)
Magicka Recovery: 4K when fully buffed and using Atronach mundus stone

Mundus Stone: Atronach for extra magicka recovery; Ritual for extra healing done

Rotation: (light attack weave everything including bar swap when possible)
Spirit Guardian + 2-4 Radiating Regens + Echoing Vigor before fight starts > Illustrious Healing > [Bar Swap] > Remote Totem > Blast Bones > Spirit Guardian > Energy Orb > Empowering Grasp > [Bar Swap] > Braided Tether > (REPEAT ROTATION) Radiating Regen (x1) > Echoing Vigor > Radiating Regen (x1) > Illustrious Healing > etc.
(Cast/spam Enduring Undeath for burst heals or extra heal over time as needed)
* See video of rotation on the necro healer build channel of the discord.

— Heavy attack before recasting radiating regen to proc Major Mending.
— If you follow this rotation none of your HoTs or other abilities should have more than 1-2sec of down time with the exception of Empowering Grasp unless you are experiencing performance issues. Also, the light attack weaving in the rotation video was excessive/for show. As a healer you have the luxury of only needing to light attack once every 8 seconds to maintain your ultimate generation, so just light attack at least once every time you are on a new bar, and you will be fine.

- Spaulder of Ruin w/ 1pc Symphony of Blades
